Icky Sicky and Birthday

I find it odd that every time I post a journal on here I'm either sick of feel like I'm getting sick XD Maybe LJ is plotting against my health D8 Oh well!

So, as I said, I'm sick ... which is kind of disappointing as it's only 8 days till my birthday. I should be over it by then but I usually have a cough for a while after ... I hope my nose isn't red by then X_x
It seems like I've been getting sick easier this last year which is kind of disconcerting since I had been doing really well on a One-Cold-Per-Year system >__< When I was 13 I got sick SIX times that year and I was having really bad health problems in general so it worries me that these colds are a sign of imminent doom health-wise. I know that sounds paranoid but I was really miserable at 13 and 14. Such a happy journal so far! Maybe I've just not been holding up to my normal germ-a-phobic standards and thus have allowed myself to be infiltrated by them *sounds even more paranoid* XD

I'm getting kind of excited about my birthday now, or at least the party part.
Every couple years I get kind of depressed about getting older (which is sad since I'm only turning 17 XD) and I did feel a little bluesy about it this year but it wasn't too bad ... I'm gonna miss 16, though ... it just has a nice ring to it!
But, like I said, I'm looking forward to my party ^__^ I'm happy that I'm having it at AZ Mills so that I don't have to worry about providing entertainment or food because it's ALREADY THERE! 8D Karaoke and purikura here I come!
I think we're also going to see Coraline, which I would have SWORN Tim Burton had some involvement in but he doesn't! I guess it's because I always thought he directed the NIghtmare Before Christmas but he produced and co-wrote it ... you learn something new everyday! But, anyway, Coraline looks interesting so hopefully there's a showing that's at a good time.

That's about it for now! I was going to write about PCC earlier but then I wrote a long thing on deviantArt so I didn't feel like posting practically the same thing twice.

This is a shirt I just bought, isn't it cuuute? @__@ I'm kind of hoping it'll get here by my birthday but I doubt it will as it said it takes up to two weeks to arrive ... but I love it anyway even if it's not here in time XD
